Slider previews fine but flicks slide 2 and goes white on publish

This is my first site with webflow, cloned a client intake form for my site, but the slide format that works great in preview does not work when published. I tried to chase down issues and follow other resources, but can’t seem to figure out the problem. Issue seems to be in the slider, since it still fails when I remove the interactions

Resolved myself- problem seems to stem from checking “autofocus” on a form input on slide 2. Thought that would autofocus on the required field when progressed to slide 2, but turns out does more, at least when published
