When you drag the opacity meter to the right
- to change opacity from 0 to 100%
It often seems to stick at 99%.
I noticed this issue start about 1 or 2 weeks ago ?

I can confirm this as well seems like every time for me that it hangs on 99%. I type in 100% as a work around.
