Some elements are too wide

I’m not sure why, but it appears that certain elements in a section of a page are wider than the page, as you can see from the iPhone SE designer view screenshot. I’ve tried setting their widths to 100% and tried setting the section width to 100%, but that didn’t solve the problem. If I expand the view to the iPhone 8, XS, etc. the elements are within the page, but that’s only because the screen width has increased. How can I make it so all the elements are within the screen and not too wide?

Something else to note: the elements are not causing white space, which is weird too. Normally elements that are wider than the page create white space on the right side of the page.

I am not seeing an issue. Probably because I can’t see the project.
