The problem is I wanted to make it with limited scroll ( that it will scroll in sections)
I tired to use Fullpage.js but it was not the case I was looking for (it round robins)
UPDATE!
I figured out that I can place a fixed div over fullpage js and animate it, but animations dont work

Hi,
I would use scroll interaction only.
Set “While page is scrolling” to the “Page trigger”. And move the layers based on percentage of the page scrolled. You can simulate the move of layers to Fullpage.js by bringing the percentage of layer movement closer to each other.
I created a demo project so you can see the settings.
