It looks like you might be trying to access your site via the Root Domain. Not many DNS providers allow serving up the root domain at https://.
What you can do is the following:
Set the "www" version of your site as the Default Domain.
Then in your Google Webmaster Console, set your preferred domain as the "www" version. This tells Google which domain you want crawled as well as served up.
