Sticky carosel? really struggling to figure it out

Hi there

im looking to design a website and for the life of me i cant seem to figure out how to do a section where you get to it, its scrolls sidewards. a bit like the worker section on this website http://ateliergymnase.webflow.io/.

any help would be great
