Subhead not showing up on mobile view

I'm having an issue where the subhead "Let Us Help Navigate" is showing up on desktop, tablet and mobile landscape, but isn't on mobile. I've attached a screen capture showing it on mobile landscape and how it's not showing up on the standard mobile view.

Any help would be appreciated.
