Support never responds

I need to go live with 3 sites. I have reached via tickets and posts. No answer. How good is support? and hosting? I’m trying to set up a new business and really need good hosting and good support when I go live.

Am I making a good decision with webflow today 2020 or should I look somewhere else.

I’ve always found support to be quick and helpful in their responses to any email queries that I’ve had.

Bear in mind that the current global situation may be slowing down any responses if you’ve sent one recently.

I normally email support@webflow.com when I need to speak to them. That is, if my query isn’t time-sensitive and can’t be answered on this forum.
