Trying to put a simple outbound link on a word and the dialog won’t show up. Anyone else see this?

Works for me.
Try re-opening your project.
The link is visible, but I’m unable to open the dialog to specify a destination.
Click on the link, then right next to the word “Link” you should see a little gear symbol. Click on that guy.
I was not getting the gear to show up, but I just restarted Chrome and now it is appearing. Duh, I should have tried that much earlier. Thanks.
