Too many redirects error with www in domain for few users

Hello,

Here is my DNS settings in Cloudflare.

Here is my Webflow settings.

For some users, it doesn’t work properly whereas for few users it is working fine. I realized that few browsers are redirecting to www domain and the redirection is going on in a loop and causing too many redirects error.

How do I solve this?

Hey Anirudh!

Your A records and CNAME record look good! However, here’s what I found:

You need to set the subdomain as the default domain: Image 2020-06-17 at 10.43.3...
After you’ve changed that, do republish the site to all domains, and test if it works in an incognito window?

Hi! I’m having the same (or similar problem). I’m receiving the error “Load cannot follow more than 20 redirects.”

I receive errors both on Safari and Chrome and another computer exhibits the same issue. Where did I go wrong and how do I solve this?
