Top nav drop down appearing under normal div-box (in mobile view)

Hi,

I have a problem with my top nav drop down. It apperars under the normal page text/div boxes.

I tried to change z-index but it didn’t work. (The only solution was to set the div box to a neg. z-index but then the links in the div box are not clickable any more)
