I have a While Scrolling in View animation.
I want that animation to run on mobile screens only and have checked the mobile screens buttons in Other Settings
The problem is that the elements on large screens start at the 0% defined in the animation. Any way to make them ignore the 0% setting ?

Ok, one thing that comes to my mind is to duplicate the animation, set the percentage needed for each specific break point and set each animation for each one of them.
