Trouble accessing template purchase from Template Marketplace

I purchased a template from the Template Marketplace on 3/17 and I am now trying to use that template for a new site I am building. Am I missing something simple here?

You should send email at support@webflow.com and describe this issue. Also send them a link to this post so they can do something about this topic smile

Thanks. I already have sent a message to them. Was hoping to get a response sooner through the forum.

Your template should be available in the list of templates when you create a new site.

Let me know if you still need help with this.

@thesergie The template is not showing up in the options even though it is in my account. Could you take a look? See attached images from my account.

Oops sorry about that. You should be able to click on the template in your account settings (second screenshot) and select "Choose Template".
