Trouble with Dynamic Background Color

[UPDATE]
After some troubleshooting, I found the issue. All of my interactions on this site had been legacy. On that particular div, I applied the “flip” interaction of v 2.0. I’m guessing having both on one site interfered with the dynamic aspect.

After removing the 2.0 interaction and making it a legacy, it works fine. Just wanted to post this update so others could be aware.

Hi all,
I’m sure I’m missing something obvious, but I can’t find it. I’m going to go ahead and say “Duh” now, just to get it over with.

I have my blog posts set to dynamically pull a specific color for each of six categories that my posts fall under.

In the screenshot below, you’ll see how everything’s matching up on green background, lettering, etc. This is a shot from my designer mode in Webflow. The dynamic colors work great here across each category. (I’m copying the public link below, but it’s working fine inside Webflow, so it probably won’t help much to see the problem there.)

However, when the site is published, the “free” offer underneath my author name and date at the bottom of the post reverts back to the original color. I did not initially style the div with any background color, because there’s no need to with dynamic coloring. But then I saw that the dynamic color wasn’t coming in at all and was coming in as white, I styled it gray, just to have a background that the white text would show against.

Here’s a link to the live site. http://logicalinks-working.webflow.io/blog
You’ll see that there are six categories of blog posts, each with it’s own color. Click around between them, and you’ll see the colors come in dynamically, except for this particular “free offer” div in question.

I hope someone can see the problem and let me know how to fix it.

Thanks.
Cheryl
