Unable to change cursors on mouseover

I’ve had no problems changing the default cursors in the past, but for some reason I’m not able to on this div. I simply want to change it from the default cursor to the link pointer on mouseover since its opening a modal.

Any ideas?

@bryanmanio set the cursor: pointer on the thumbnail-overlay instead :slight_smile:

Well that was simple. What’s the lesson here, always change the cursor on child elements, not the parent?

@bryanmanio It has to do with the thumbnail being position: absolute. I’m just assuming it has to do with it not inheriting the parent’s cursor.
