Unable to disable custom code from previous site plan

I was previously using Webflow on a premium site plan. During that time, I included code in the ‘Custom Code’ section which displays a fixed ‘Feedback’ button on the side of the website. However my plan has since expired and unfortunately I can’t get rid of the button.

Aside from having to re-purchase a premium plan again, is there anyway to get rid of custom code?

I’ve also tried clicking on the settings icon beside my Home page and going into Custom Code but I couldn’t see the code there.

Hey @aawo

There is a CTA script in your home page settings, is that what you mean? You should be able to remove it from there whether or not you’re on a paid site or account plan.
