Unable to use sticky position on side bar

I’ve gone through other posts on sticky position and still unable to get the sidebar to stick around. Fixed t the top with 20px and it still doesn’t stick. Does anyone have a solution to this? @PixelGeek @Aaron

Is it possible to have it stick until the bottom before the comments section so it doesn’t overlap it?
