My timestamps are now showing a very detailed stamp rather than a simple month, day, year combo (as set).

Hey there @ctrav and @michmeagher if you un-bind & re-bind the date format (change it from one display format to another, then pick your preferred format again) of date fields on your sites and re-publish the sites, it should correct this issue. We recently added Time Zone support. Please let me know if you have any questions or trouble.
