Use of JavaScript to update number field in CMS

Hello all,

I can’t see this has been covered but if so I apologies.

On my Website I have a CMS Number Field that is auto populated from a API through Zapier.
where the number is updating so quickly I.E. a few million a day it only changes every hour due to my set up.

My questions is is there a way to make this number update continually even with someone is viewing the website? and would this be with JavaScript and how would I be able to apply it?
