Can I use websites from the discover section and use them as a template?

The websites in the discover section are not templates, they are live websites. You can only use them as templates if their designer explicitly allows you to do so. This particular website is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License which means you can’t copy it or edit it for any reason, but you can share it with others.
