Users able to type in anything within the Phone form field

I have a form on my webflow landing page which i request a users phone number.

I have set it to ‘Required’ and also selected ‘Phone’ within the text Type.

However I can still submit words instead of a phone number.

Also is there anyway of validating the number they type in is correct? I would require UK numbers only to be typed in.
