Vertical menu for external links

Hi,

I’ve been looking through the forum for hours, but I can’t find a complete explanation on how to build a vertical menu like the one on this template: http://www.template-joomspirit.com/template-joomla/template-guest-house/

In my case it won’t be a navbar to navigate the site, but a menu with submenus containing external links.

With the premises that I’m a newby, this is what I’ve been trying to do: https://preview.webflow.com/preview/bigl-fert?preview=8edec79df5ef8031afb2556c91dcda0d

but something’s definitely wrong, as when I try to open the dropdown list - from the settings panel - to style the dropdown list etc, the Tablet design sections pops in and I can’t continue.

Any help is greatly appreciated…
Thank you

Letizia

PSI wish there was a “vertical navbar” widget just like the Navbar widget in Webflow

I managed this differently and avoided using vertical menus, as I couldn’t find a solution to it. Thankfully, I was able to satisfy my client anyway, who got stucked on that template that he wanted to mimic at all costs!

I’m going to delete the link I posted in my previous post now.
