VIdeo autoplaying and impossible to select?

For some reason youtube & vimeo videos are autoplaying, I cannot select the containing div or the video embed itself which is making it impossible to work. Tried clearing browser cache and using a clean browser but the same issue.

Anyone else experiencing this? feels like a horrid bug
