Video Rollover Effect (Video Demonstration)

Hey all, just curious if this is do able within Webflow’s interactions menu? I don’t need the rollover effect so no worries if its not possible, just curious is all!

On the Xbox E3 YouTube stream ( https://gaming.youtube.com/channel/UCrNBxHA_SavRrD-PrEek2AQ ) if you scroll down the the videos thumbnails and rollover them you can see the effect.

I think it is pretty much possible.

If you put div (overlay) on top of video and that div will have a background image exactly the same as a thumbnail on a video file then you can use interactions and make that div “shrink” (change the width)
