Your url string includes an autoplay parameter:
Set it to 0 or false (Player parameters overview – Help Center)
Sir my requirments basically is when i clcik tab 2 video start tutoplay but tab1 video go stop when i click 10 then 10 video autoplay but 2 tab video stop one video at a time start with tab click
