Web page is loading at the wrong starting point

Hi there,

Every time I publish my webpage, the browser opens the page at the wrong section - it opens up one section ahead of where it is supposed to start. This incorrect start also occurs when I navigate to another webpage on the site as well.

What is going on?

Because you probably set the FOCUS on one of the form’s fields so the page focus to it.
