can I somehow install ReCaptcha v3 in Webflow. For a few months we keep receiving spam through the contact form and I have no idea how else to stop it.
Sender is “info@domainworld.com” from a Joe Miller.
To be honest, this guy really gets on my nerves.

Nope. That would require server side access, which you don’t get. I would recommend using UseBasin.com since they include askimet spam filtering which when combined with a honeypot and recaptacha v2, leads to only manual spam getting through in my experience.

This is very interesting, this is the only person I receive spam from and a recent client I spoke with forwarded a spam message from the same person as well. I did a quick search and this is known scam that turns up a number of sites listing the same name and email combo, however I’m not sure why it’s common with Webflow sites
