I have accidentally used my clients name and company number to set-up client Billing.
Now I can’t change it back to my own company one and it says -
You cannot change
company[name] via API if an account is verified. Please contact us via https://support.stripe.com/contact if you need to change the legal entity information associated with this account.
Stripe has yet to respond and this needs to be setup and ready to go for billing today…I have yet to charge anyone or even put my personal/directors details and it’s absolutely mental that once the stripe account got verified (with the wrong credential) I can’t change it back…
Plus I can’t contact Stripe via chat as I need login details, which I don’t have or was never given one,
Please can someone help?
