Webflow CMS link field adding Webflow domain before the actual url?

Hey everyone, I’ve noticed something very strange: I’ve linked a button (in a collection list) on my page to a CMS URL field, and I see in the preview that the button shows a webflow.com before the actual URL??? I don’t remember ever seeing this before.

Has anyone else experienced this or know why this is happening?

@dennyhartanto Yes of course:

Take at look at the products collection, specifically the “8x8 core” product. Inside you’ll see the vimeo link, which is what I posted about earlier.

And the page in which this links to is the button on the “member dashboard” > “series” tab

Where can I find the button you’re referring to?

Member dashboard page, go to the “series” tab and you’ll see the single product

I don’t notice anything wrong with how it is setup, have you tried using the full URL ‘8x8: Core on the Floor on Vimeo’ ?

Internal links that don’t include the “https://” prefix will load the URL with the parent URL of the current site included.

As @dennyhartanto said, just make sure you include the full link with the HTTP prefix and you should be good :+1:
