Webflow -> Gitlab / Github

Hello,

Has someone already integrated between Webflow and Github or between Webflow and gitlab?
Indeed I am trained to develop a platform and I am looking to collaborate with developers directly on the code. I saw the advantage of Webflow which is the integration of the code directly on webflow.
However, knowing that the developers are on github, I am looking to integrate webflow and Github for defining the best collaboration.

Thank you in advance :innocent:

Exactly what are you looking to integrate? Version control? If that is what you are looking for the answer is there is no external versioning without exporting, which leaves the CMS out. Webflow does provide backups, and the ability to restore to a point.

Thank you for your answer.

I guess the problem is that you can’t really re-import code from github as any changes will likely break webflow’s system. They mention this in the info when you export a page.

Slightly off-topic: if someone is looking for version control for Webflow on Github, I created a simple Webflow Git tool. Here’s the announcement post if you have any questions or suggestions.

It would be really useful to have git integration on webflow. That’s how we usually work and publish websites.
