There are have been so many laws passed lately regarding how we use websites: Cookie laws, GDPR etc.
As web designers, how much is it our responsibility to take care of that?
I know that we are designers and not lawyers, but I feel that we should be up to date and communicate to our clients everything they need to know. On the other hand, there might be aspects that we just do not understand and have to ask them to talk to a lawyer…
So I guess my question is, how do you do it? How do you work with your web design clients the parts about Terms of Use, Privacy Policies, Cookie Policies etc. Would you please share here how you do it?
