What happens to access to CMS if the designer closes their account

Hello.

  1. What are the changes to client’s CMS, if the designer(one who made a custom site & advised to go with webflow cms) changes subscription or opting out of Webflow?

  2. Does the designer has to make future payments for client’s webflow hosting/cms after the websites are set up?
