What is causing my horizontal overflow on tablet/mobile

I’ve been searching for hours what could be causing it but I just cannot find it.
There is some weird horizontal overflow that happens just on mobile/tablet.

Would really appreciate some help… I dont know what to do.

Here’s a screenshot. On the tablet view, you can scroll sideways (which should not be possible)… I do not understand whats causing this.

on my desktop, in tablet view everything works, as far as scrolling goes
