I was messing around with the width slider in Mobile Landscape and now I cannot remember what the default was. Also is there a better width that it should be set at? Thank you.

I usually make size small enough for fit into the smallest device, cuz you never know what user have. You also can use % size or VW (what is more recommended)
The break point is displayed at the top left of the canvas. This tells you at what size the layout will change. I agree with @sabanna I tend to push my slider to the smaller end of the range to make sure that the design will look good on the smallest screens.
