Wordpress plugin not working

Hi there,

I have a project in Webflow which is running through a Wordpress plugin. The Wordpress instance has been set up by a managed hosting company.

Initially the page was working when I was using the free version
Though when I asked them to update the DNS records to the domain the wordpress instance became inaccessible.

I’m having a hard time describing the problem because I simply don’t understand what’s going wrong.

Please can someone help

If Wordpress is not loading (admin login for example) then you should contact your managed hosting company. For the plugin to work WP needs to be available and running.
