Youtube buttons disabled in video embed

Hi! The problem is with the October 13th blog post on this page
https://www.rogercastillo.org/rcblog/page2
I can’t click any of the buttons on the YouTube embed in Google Chrome on Mac OS.
Firefox and Safari are ok.

Tried disabling the adblock, still no luck. I think it worked before

Chrome Version 64.0.3282.186 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Mac OS 10.13.3 (17D102)

Hi @radmitry,

I am able to use the buttons in chrome, see here:

The first thing I would check is to make sure that your browser is running the latest updates, and to see if there are any browser extensions loaded that might be interferring with the Webflow browser code.

A good way to check if browser extensions are conflicting, is to open the browser in Incognito mode (in Chrome) or Private Window mode (in Safari) and reload the site in the designer.

If the problem persists, please take a screenshot of your Console and post that: Chrome DevTools - Chrome Developers

Thanks in advance

Hi Dave! My Chrome is up to date, here is the console log attached as snapshot and text below

Hi, @radmitry, just to confirm, you are running chrome version 65.0.3325.146 (Official Build) (64-bit) ?

I checked again, and the video shows for me. I see some blocked by client erros, that usually means some extension or something is blocking certain scripts, it looks like one of those is the embed player from youtube.

Here is what I am seeing:

https://cl.ly/0Y3q130g0V2U/Screen%20Recording%202018-03-10%20at%2001.40%20PM.mov

As a note, I can also view the video on earlier versions of chrome too. I am not seeing the same “Blocked by Client” messages on my end, that seems like a local browser issue.

Hiya,

I can also view the video embed without issues on multiple browsers. :+1:

just to confirm, you are running chrome version 65.0.3325.146 (Official Build) (64-bit) ?

Yes, exactly the one.
Strange, I’ve disabled all extensions, even restarted my Mac and still same issue precisely in Chrome. Safari works fine

Hi @radmitry, I see Ad Blocker Pro there as an extension, that extension has been known to cause issues (in general), can you please take another video in incognito mode and help to share that?

I am not sure what to tell you, I have tested this on multiple browsers and the video works each time for me without the blocked client errors.

One thing to try would be to delete all browser cookies as well.

See more here: c# - I am getting Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT with Google chrome - Stack Overflow

Thanks @cyberdave it works fine in incognito. Since it is just a particular glitch in my browser I’m fine with it then. Thanks a lot!
