After DELETING one of my two sites, ONE left - and when I tried to create the second, BAM:
“You’ve reached the maximum number of sites for your plan. Upgrade now!”
Try again after a little while. Maybe it’s just server time that doesn’t meet your current local time and still has the info of you having two sites already? If the problem persist I hope @thesergie or @brryant will take a look at it

Hi @marcinmastalerz sorry for your confusion and frustration. As of two weeks ago free accounts can have 1 website project. If you would like more sites you can upgrade to our Personal Plan for 10 websites.
I have 0 websites and I’m still getting this message when i try to create one, “You’ve reached the maximum number of sites for your plan.”
