I’m trying to sell tickets on our Webflow Ecommerce site, but when checking out it requires a shipping method. So I added a free shipping zone option for “Digital Download”. This works for now, but how can I sell physical products that do require shipping and prevent users from selecting this option for free shipping?
Hi. Full support for digital products (I guess with automatic Download etc) is already planned feature, as you can read on the bottom of the Ecommerce page on the Webflow site.

For the time being, I think you can do what you’re looking for by using the physical characteristics of products. For example, set their weight. And for Digital, set them at 0.
Then you can add a weight-based shipping method. I haven’t fully tried it, did you? Could this be a solution for you? Let me know.
