I’m just starting to learn about CMS and website builders in general, and I came across an article saying that most webpage builder like Wix and Squarespace own the pages you create with them, is that true? And if yes, is that the case with Webflow as well?
I would suggest you review the Webflow terms and conditions. IANAL so I won’t comment. I will say that I believe what I design I own, what I code I own. Lawyers might argue differently.

Pretty sure I read somewhere a while back stating that you do own the code you make with Webflow. Don’t quote me on that though.
