In the designer, if I double click a link in a fixed navbar to edit it, the page jumps to the top and I’m unable to edit it.

You have two navbars and it almost looks like you are selecting one then the other as you continuously click. Why not just use the navigator to access the element you wish to edit within the symbol?
That’s why I had the page scrolled down so I could select the second navbar. But the page jumps to the top when I double-click to edit the link.
