Forms not submitting after paid plan

We just paid for Webflow CMS yesterday and our forms are not submitting. We keep getting the form error message and I’m pretty sure it’s not on our end. There isn’t a category for Forms, but I hope ya’ll can either help me discover it IS on our end or help me understand the potential issues.

Ben here with the Webflow Customer Support Team!

I did some investigating and I think I found the issue. It looks like you have reCAPTCHA turned on for your site. If it’s on, then there needs to be a reCAPCTHA widget in every form in order for them to work.

To fix this, you’ll need to add in that element or turn off reCAPTCHA.
