Interactions with Mouse drag direction

Hi all,

Can someone please help me to achieve a mouse drag interaction like this example site https://deplacemaison.webflow.io/category/all. I have made the infinite scrolling things. But not sure how to make it movable according to mouse drag direction. Here is the public link for our website https://www.silverlane.agency/services.

edit: I was about the scrolling things, not about the custom cursor. Normally it scrolls but when we drag over it, it moves towards the dragging direction.
