Right Side Stay Put

I need the right side panel to stay in place, but when the browser windows shrinks, it moves over the main section. Is there some way to keep that section fixed. Thanks

Okay, so to do this go into the body and whatever width the fixed element is add the same measurement amount to the right padding of the body.
