Webflow - Issue | Form Radio Button

Hi,

I want a quiz page with 10 questions, with 3 answers for each question.

When I am putting the radio button in it for each answer, it is not working separately for each question.

You need to unite radio buttons for a particular question using a Group Name. It’s under settings of each radio button.

Also, you need to give according Choice Values for each radio button. You have changed the labels, but they don’t reflect the actual values that are sent to Webflow forms. As of now, they all have ‘Radio’ as their choice value.
